Assistant Secretary to CEO

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and organize the executive's calendar, arrange appointments, meetings, and conference calls.
  • Plan and coordinate all travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and itinerary preparation.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing documents for the executive consideration.
  • Help prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed.
  • Provide general administrative and secretarial support.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as an executive assistant or secretary.
  • Good interpersonal communication skills and ability to work as a team member.
  • Strong computer literacy particularly MS Office.
  • Fluent in English both written and verbal (Minimum 600 TOEIC score).
  • Excellent time management and organization skills, especially the ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work well under pressure.
  • Able to flexible work after working hours.
