A team from Amata City Chonburi participated in the annual “Luang Pho Sothorn” procession at Sothorn Wararam Worawihan Temple in Chachoengsao on October 30, providing drinking water and safety masks to participants.
“Luang Pho Sothorn” is a Buddha image that holds special significance for the province. During the procession, the image is placed and secured on a procession vehicle that is ceremonially decorated and equipped with holy water to give to people along the parade route. Schools, private organizations and individuals join the procession with floats or music ensembles.
