On April 9, 2025, Wintong Vietnam officially broke ground on its 1-hectare green technology manufacturing plant with a total investment capital of USD5 million at Amata City Ha Long. Headquartered in Taipei (Taiwan), Wintong Vietnam project is the company's second overseas factory and its first dedicated to sustainable manufacturing. The construction will utilize at least 30% Vietnamese-sourced materials, reinforcing Wintong’s commitment to sustainability and local supply chain support.

Mr. Takeshi Omika, Deputy General Director of Amata City Ha Long, attended the event and presented a commemorative gift.
