Amata Holds 2021 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders

Amata Chairman and Acting CEO Vikrom Kromadit presided over the 2021 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of Amata Corporation PCL, alongside the members of the board of directors. The meeting, organized with strict safety measures, was held at Golden Tulip Hotel Bangkok and was also made available on an online conference platform, in order to reduce the number of participants and avoid unnecessary travel.
