Schaeffler Vietnam Named Among Best Companies to Work for in Asia

Schaeffler Vietnam has been hailed as one of the “Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2021” by HR Asia Magazine – the region’s most authoritative publication for senior human resources professionals. The “Best Companies to Work for in Asia” award recognizes companies with high levels of employee engagement as well as unrelenting commitment to enhancing excellent workplace culture despite the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic. The result shows that the average score of Schaeffler is considerably higher than the average of the market, based on key criteria in the work environment, employee engagement, leadership and teamwork. This win is a testament to Schaeffler's efforts in creating a working environment that empowers its employees in enabling the organization’s success.
