As part of a courtesy visit to Phu Tho Province, on the morning of August 14, 2025, Amata City Ha Long signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Asian Institute of Technology in Vietnam (AIT) and Hung Vuong University (HVU) to collaborate on training and developing high-quality human resources for Phu Tho Province.
