Parts Seiko Vietnam, a subsidiary of Japan’s Parts Seiko, a leading manufacturer of cutting parts, surface treatment, and assembly, celebrated the Grand Opening of its USD10 million manufacturing facility on March 3, 2025, marking its first factory in Vietnam.
Located in Amata City Ha Long Industrial Park in Quang Ninh province, Northern Vietnam, the facility is Parts Seiko’s third overseas plant, following operations in China and the Philippines. With an annual production capacity of 40 tons, the factory will manufacture shaft supports, shaft rings, washers, clamps, and taper washers, primarily for export to Japan and other Asian markets.
The grand opening was attended by leaders from Quang Ninh's Economic Zone Authority, Quang Yen People’s Committee, and valued customers of Amata’s industrial park. During the ceremony, Parts Seiko representatives expressed gratitude to Quang Ninh provincial authorities for their support. The company received its investment registration certificate in July 2023.
As the third investor to commence operations in Amata City Ha Long, Parts Seiko is contributing to industrial growth, local job creation, and the expansion of factories within the park.
