Corporate Sustainability Executive

Scope of Work:

  • Lead the functions and business units to delivery sustainability-related actions/programs and generate reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the materiality assessment process.
  • Collaborate with all functions and business units in Thailand and Vietnam to implement best practices for sustainability development.
  • Coordinate and provide tools and templates for accurate, completeness, and validity of data collection.
  • Collect and analyze data for reporting and for company’s improvement.
  • Raise awareness on sustainability and provide knowledge, guidance, and support to all business units to develop sustainability initiatives.
  • Map initiatives/CSR in process projects with GRI standards and UN SDGs.
  • Produce sustainability report in accordance with international standard (currently GRI standard).
  • Produce policies, standards and documents required to achieve sustainability development within the organization.
  • Collaborate with SET and external parties in relation to sustainability development (eg. 3rd party verification).
  • Lead in data collection, screening and verifying for greenhouse gas emission with consultant and third party and process with registration with TGO.
  • Assist with Risk management process and analysis.
  • Research on market trend and global initiatives for sustainability development.
  • Process department’s expenses and reimbursement documents.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in business administration, environmental engineering, or other related field(GPA > 3.00)
  • Have at least 3 year working experiences (experiences in sustainability development reporting is an advantage)
  • Good oral and written communication skills _ both English and Thai (TOEIC > 600)
  • Good interpersonal, analytical, and presentation skill
  • Able to work independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office or related software to prepare reports and policies
