Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Identify new business opportunities within Amata City Chonburi & Rayong
- Handle customer inquiries and ensure high satisfaction
- Present and promote company products and services
- Sales & Marketing Strategy
- Support the development of marketing strategies, media plans, and budgets
- Assist in achieving sales targets for both new and existing customers
- Track performance and report against marketing goals
- Manage corporate branding and communication materials (PR/Marketing content)
- Coordination & Reporting
- Prepare monthly marketing reports
- Organize meetings and coordinate with internal teams
- Record meeting minutes and follow up on action items
- Work closely with Business Development and related teams
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related fields (GPA > 3.00)
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Sales & Marketing
- Good command of English (TOEIC 600+)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Service-minded, proactive, and outgoing personality
- Excellent presentation and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Able to work flexible hours and travel (domestic & international)
