The subsidiary was established in 2015 and aims to improve the quality of life of all people who work in Amata City Chonburi and Amata City Rayong industrial estate by provide facilities services that improve people’s well-being, process efficiency and infrastructure reliability and quality.
Services include integrated facilities management (IFM) like technical services, soft services, food management services; technical facility management services (e.g. M&E maintenance, HVAC system, plumbing & sanitization, energy management etc.); in-house tools & equipment (ultra-sonic flow meters, building power analyzers, motor management analyzers, thermography infra-red scanners etc.); 24x7 call center, around the clock operations; computerized maintenance management system (Sodexo Maximo) etc.
