Amata City Rayong Helps Local Students Learn About Water Conservation

Posted on | CSR News & Activities

Amata City Rayong invited students of Amata’s Suankularb Wittayalai School to learn about water conservation. The event was supported by the Rayong Provincial Fisheries Office and the Dok Krai Reservoir Fisheries Resource Management Group, with chairman Uthai Wongpaisarn presiding.

Students constructed traditional Thai floats made with palm leaves sourced from Amata’s industrial estate. Bound together in triangles and floated on the water, they provide an excellent natural food source for fish. At the same time, carbon from the decaying leaves can efficiently contribute to cleaner water.
