Amata Rayong Tenants Help Make Local Reservoir Greener

Posted on | CSR News & Activities

Tenants of Amata City Rayong, in collaboration with Khao Mai Kaew sub-district, planted 2,000 trees and vetiver (a fragrant grass native to southern India) around Ban Phu Sai reservoir and released 10,000 fish. The activity was organized in support of Eco Industrial Town guidelines for sustainable development of industrial areas to achieve a balance between economy, industry and the environment.

Amata Corporation regularly cooperates with local communities to organize activities for expanding green space and preserving natural resources surrounding their industrial estates. They also encourage stakeholders to participate and take ownership in these activities
