On June 25th, 2024, at the AMATA City Ha Long office, Mr. Nguyen Van Nhan, General Director of AMATA City Ha Long Joint Stock Company, and Mr. Kawamitsu Yasuhiro, Director of Tenma Vietnam Company Limited, signed the Land Use Right Sublease Agreement for 8 hectares in AMATA City Ha Long Industrial Park (also referred to Song Khoai Industrial Park), in Vietnam's Norther province of Quang Ninh. The project, with a total investment capital of USD 56 million, will focus on manufacturing industrial plastic molding products, assembly, and die casting.

With its extensive business experience in Vietnam and following a meticulous selection process, Tenma Group has decided to invest in AMATA City Ha Long. This marks Tenma's first project in the province and its fourth project in Vietnam.
By the first quarter of 2025, the Tenma factory in Quang Ninh is expected to complete construction, equipment installation, recruitment, and testing.
The signing ceremony marks an important step forward in the cooperative relationship between the two enterprises and demonstrates the attractiveness of AMATA City Ha Long Industrial Park to foreign investors. With its strategic location, attractive economic zone tax incentives, and land readiness, the project is proud to be a rapidly growing industrial park in Quang Ninh province.
To date, 18 investment projects with a total capital of USD 2.6 billion have been granted investment registration certificates at AMATA City Ha Long; the company hopes to attract more multinational customers, contributing to promoting FDI attraction.
