Sales Engineer Manager (AMATA U)

Scope of Work:

Overseeing the sales process, providing technical expertise, and developing strategic relationships with clients, driving revenue growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the Company.
  • Collaborate with AMATA Group sales & marketing team to identify target markets, customer segments, and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate external stakeholders to develop and implement sales strategies that align with business goals.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to stay informed about industry developments.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and innovations in utility technology.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key utility customers.
  • Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering technical insights and recommendations.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Monitor and report on sales metrics, pipeline, and revenue forecasts.
  • Stay informed about industry regulations and compliance requirements relevant to the utility business.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on sales performance and market trends.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, contracts, and customer interactions.


  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales management within the utility industry.
  • Strong technical background in utility products and services.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance.
