On March 28, 2022, AMATA City Ha Long and the College of Industry and Construction (CIC), under the Ministry of Industry and Trade, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) aimed at enhancing educational quality, addressing workforce needs, and creating employment opportunities. As part of this collaboration, CIC students will have the opportunity to undergo internships at companies located in the AMATA City Ha Long Industrial Park in Quang Ninh province.
During the MOU signing ceremony, AMATA City Ha Long seized the opportunity to donate books authored by AMATA's Founder and Chairman, Mr. Vikrom Kromadit, to enrich CIC's library resources.
Simultaneously, AMATA and CIC launched the collaboration with a talk-sharing program focused on enhancing vocational skills such as CV writing and career orientation. Over 100 students benefited from insights shared by Mr. Nguyen Van Nhan, General Director of AMATA City Ha Long, and training experts from G.A Consultants Vietnam, a prominent Japanese HR consulting firm.
This program not only provided valuable knowledge but also marked the beginning of a fruitful partnership between AMATA and CIC in vocational education initiatives. It also lays the groundwork for supporting recruitment efforts for our clients in the future.
