Prawns Released to Boost Rayong's Natural Resources

Amata City Rayong representative Mr. Daoruang Somsup attended a November 26 event

organized by the Rayong Provincial Fisheries Office and the Dok Krai Freshwater Fisheries Resource Management Group, releasing 300,000 freshwater prawns into Dok Krai Reservoir.

The event, presided over by Rayong Governor Mr. Channa Iamsang, was part of a program aimed at replenishing aquatic animal stocks at various natural resources to promote a balanced ecosystem and sustainable water conservation.

Amata also joined a December 12 activity organized by Rayong's Marine and Coastal Resources Bureau and Dok Krai Freshwater Fisheries Resource Management Group. Floating rope nets to be used as nests for breeding were also introduced into the reservoir to support sustainable aquatic animal breeding and the restoration of natural resources.
