AMATA Receives Outstanding IR Award from Thailand's Investment Analysts Association

AMATA Corporation Pcl., represented by the company’s Chief Financial Officer Ms. Dendao Kamolmas, was given an award for outstanding investor relations at the IAA Awards for Listed Companies 2022-2023 organized by the Investment Analysts Association (IAA) of Thailand, recognizing the company's IR work related to completeness, transparency, quality and consistency of information to shareholders.

Ms. Dendao, at the awards ceremony, said that it is a great honor to receive this award on behalf of the company. It’s the first time that AMATA has been selected and awarded with the IAA recognition. The company’s investor relations team works with determination and pays special attention to applying new procedures and adapting policies for greater transparency and responsibility to AMATA’s stakeholders and society. The company understands that good corporate governance, backed-up by credibility and trustworthiness is the foundation for successful business growth.

IAA is a non-profit organization aimed at strengthening the standards of security analysts through knowledge and transparency. The association supports academic and financial analysis for the development of the Stock Exchange of Thailand and listed companies and serves as a center for cooperation and coordination for the financial market.

The IAA awards for listed companies are presented in three categories, Best CEO, Best CFO and Best Investor Relations. Evaluation includes management ability and best practices, and the sharing of clear and accurate information regularly.
