Lelon Electronics Expands in Thailand with New AMATA City Chonburi Factory

Lelon Electronics (Thailand) Co., Ltd., a renowned brand and one of the world's major manufacturers of electrolytic capacitors from Taiwanese manufacturer Lelon Electronics Corporation, recently celebrated the groundbreaking of their new factory at AMATA City Chonburi.

The company brings over 40 years of experience in manufacturing electrolytic capacitors, which find applications in high-end fields such as automotive electronics, telecommunication, cloud computing, and power electronics.

The groundbreaking ceremony was presided over by Mr. Wang Yangyang, General Manager of Lelon Electronics (Thailand) Co., Ltd., and was proudly attended by Mr. Kamjorn Vorawongsakul, Executive Advisor, representing AMATA.

According to Mr. Jimmy Wu, Chief Executive Officer at Lelon Electronics Corporation, in an interview with Asia Electronics Industry last year, the new investment in Thailand is in response to the “China + 1” market trend and aims to serve the automobile industry in Thailand. The new factory will include environmental protection and energy recycling facilities, informed the company executive.
