Q2 2026 Kick-off: Amata City Ha Long Welcomes New Automobile Components Investor – Mingfang

On April 15, 2026, Amata City Ha Long Joint Stock Company, led by Mr. Nguyen Van Nhan, General Director, and Vietnam Mingfang Automobile Parts Industry Co., Ltd., led by Mr. Wang Chung Kai, General Director, officially signed a Land Use Right Sublease Agreement at Amata City Ha Long Industrial Park. The signing ceremony marks a strong start to the second quarter of 2026 for the industrial park and reinforces the momentum of investment attraction in Quang Ninh Province.

The project covers a total area of 1.7 hectares, with a total investment of USD 15 million, and will manufacture automobile parts and accessories for motor vehicles. The Mingfang Vietnam factory is scheduled to complete construction, equipment installation, and testing before commencing official operations by the end of 2026.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Van Nhan, General Director of Amata City Ha Long, stated:

“Mingfang’s decision to choose Amata City Ha Long is a testament to investor confidence in the modern and sustainable industrial ecosystem we are committed to building. We pledge our continued support to ensure the Mingfang factory commences operations on schedule, driving local economic growth and creating jobs for the community.”

The event further strengthens Amata City Ha Long’s position on the regional industrial map. To date, Song Khoai Industrial Park has successfully attracted 22 FDI projects, with total investment capital exceeding USD 3 billion.
