IEAT is state enterprise operating under Thailand's Ministry of Industry charged with the development and management of industrial estates in the country; with the mission to develop land, infrastructure and facilities for business activities that support manufacturers and service providers while maintaining sustainable growth and safeguarding the environment. AMATA's industrial estates are reviewed and monitored by IEAT. The cooperation between industrial estate developers and IEAT brings significant advantages to companies on these estates, including the right to own a 100% freehold interest in the land upon which the property is located.
