- Align Corporate Strategy and Goal to Assigned Directors of Associated/Other companies.
- Mange Corporate Governance between Amata and Associated/Other companies.
- Coordinating Legal transaction between Amata and Associated/Other companies.
- Investment Portfolio Risk Management.
- Facilitate Investment or Divestment Activity of Associated/Other companies.
- Investment, Financial and guideline for New Investment and Portfolio.
- Financial Database and generating Management Information System.
- Scenario Analysis on Financial and Investment Portfolio.
- Investment Policy by countries and type of businesses.
- Guideline and Standard Criteria for New Investment and Portfolio
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting / Finance or any related field (GPA > 3.00).
- Good knowledge of accounting and finance.
- Knowledge and understanding of Financial model in the business that the company, to perform in-depth analysis and scenario analysis for decision-making.
- Knowledge of language for good communication as the company’s business.
- Good knowledge Word, Excel and others, tasks well increase work efficiency.
- Good knowledge base, management at the executive level, high responsibility, Leadership.
- Ability to work independently as well as a team
