Amata's “Amata Give First” campaign continued supporting low-income communities and flood victims, distributing 400 food packages for nine days in October to nearby neighborhoods in need. The supplies were generously donated by manufacturers at Amata’s industrial estates.
The program, launched in 2020 in response to Thailand's first COVID-19 pandemic wave, aimed to assist low-income and otherwise vulnerable families, including the elderly and people with disabilities, who have experienced hardship from the COVID-19 pandemic and recent floods.
For sixteen days in September, Amata employees and executives, volunteers from Amata’s manufacturers and several partner organizations joined forces to distribute 15,000 packages of food worth more than THB 3 million to neighboring communities in 51 subdistricts of Chonburi, Chachoengsao and Rayong provinces.
