On March 4th, 2567, Mr. Osamu Sudo signed a land purchase and sale agreement with Mr. Kentaro Nohara, President of Nohara-Denken (Thailand) Co., Ltd., a Japanese company specializing in manufacturing electrical components for the automotive industry.
