On April 8 respectively on April 12, Amata’s public listed companies, Amata VN Public Company Limited (AMATAV) and Amata Corporation Public Company Limited (AMATA) held the Annual Generals Shareholder’s Meeting. The meetings were arranged via electronic means only (E-AGM), pursuant to the criteria specified in the laws relating to teleconference meetings.

Dr. Apichart Chinwanno, Chairman of Amata VN and Mr. Vikrom Kromadit, Chairman of Amata Corporation chaired the meetings.
