Amata has been active in Quang Ninh province in the North, coordinating with local authorities to support COVID-19 control policies. Amata City Ha Long donated USD65,000 (VND 1.5 billion) for activities in Quang Yen Town, Uong Bi City and Mong Cai City in June and July 2021.
In the area of sustainable development, for which social responsibility is a key factor, Amata remains committed to working closely with enterprises, local communities and government authorities in the fight against COVID-19, with the goals of expediting recovery of the economy and normalization of social life. To these ends, Amata will continue its efforts to contribute both human and material resources in the future.
Amata City Ha Long Donates PCR COVID-19 Test System
On August 20, 2021, Amata City Ha Long provided COVID-19 RT-PCR test equipment to Quang Yen Healthcare Center at Quang Yen Town, Quang Ninh province.
Vietnam’s northern Quang Ninh province has been enforcing strict regulations in order to avoid further spread of the COVID-19 virus in the region. The province plays a significant role for manufacturers, trade and logistics, and safeguarding the region is crucial for ensuring that the economy and businesses can continue at Quang Yen.
The handover ceremony was presided over by Mr. Tran Duc Thang, Chairman of Quang Yen People’s Committee, with other representatives in attendance. Everyone expressed their strong appreciation of Amata’s support.
