City Bien Hoa Welcomes New Customers and Factory Expansions

Watakyu Vietnam Company Limited, the subsidiary of Japan's Watakyu, a manufacturer of industrial laundry machines, entered into an agreement with Amata City Bienhoa Joint Stock Company for the lease of 20,000 sq.m. of land. Watakyu plans to invest some US$33 million for the new plant.

On December 12, 2019, Sansei Industry Vietnam Company Limited signed an agreement for the purchase of a ready-built factory. Sansei Industry, an existing customer, is expanding its business for the manufacturing of fluid power control equipment parts with an investment of US$ 2 million.

On December 17, 2019, Sanyo Vietnam Company Limited signed an agreement for the purchase of two ready-built factories at Amata City Bien Hoa Industrial Park to expand business. Sanyo Vietnam is the subsidiary of Sanyo Japan, and specializes in the manufacturing and selling of cotton buds 'Sakura' brand. The company was established in Vietnam in 2008 and has since operated out of Amata City Bien Hoa.

Green Printing & Packaging Company Limited signed a lease agreement for a ready-built factory on December 24, 2019 for the establishment of a new packaging facility.
